Conservation Biology in Am Nat

There's a flyer in the exhibits (UChicago Press) at #NACB2016 inviting submissions--part of an on-going project to let people know that our niche is conceptual unification but our topics are broad.

The American Naturalist invites submissions that address broad, novel, and conceptually oriented issues and methods in conservation, global change, and restoration.

Recent high-profile titles in these fields have included:

Founded in 1867, The American Naturalist is an international journal dedicated to conceptual unification in the biological sciences. We publish Primary Research with either an empirical or theoretical focus. We especially welcome novel, conceptually oriented Syntheses and Perspectives, as well as Natural History reports. We are seeking papers whose impact extends well beyond the focal system.

Presubmission inquiries are welcome.
